I had a great experience with this company. I placed an order for a strap/leg band (to help with my groin strain) on February 2nd. They shipped it out on the 3rd, and I got it today, the 4th, thanks to Royal Mail. It really doesn't get better than this. I'll definitely be using Nuova Health again.

It's tough to trust a company that doesn't show any negative feedback (I gave them 2 stars). The Reynaud's gloves just didn't cut it for me. I get that they work for some folks, but I still had freezing fingertips even though they fit well. Plus, their returns policy is kinda tricky: they claim, "We are so confident that you will just love our product that we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee," but then they add, "All that we ask is that the item is in the original packaging and unused." How can you know if you love it if you can't even give it a shot?! And honestly, it feels like they're skewing customer ratings by only showing the good stuff. :(

These 'socks' are super useful for the blue spots around my ankles, those pesky thread veins, and the discomfort that comes with them. They also appear to assist with veins further up the calf. Plus, the customer service was solid.

I've been using Nuova Health's insoles designed for flat feet and plantar fasciitis, and let me tell you, they’re doing wonders for me. I slipped my first pair into my walking shoes after taking out the original insoles since I tend to over-pronate. Even though my arches are normal, they tend to flatten a lot when I walk or run, leading to pain in the ball of my foot, especially under the big toe and second toe. This flattening was really putting a strain on my toes. But since I started using these insoles for my long walks, the pain in my feet and shin splints have vanished, plus I feel like my ankles are looking more upright! Fingers crossed, I might have finally tackled my pronation issues! I just got my second pair for my trail running shoes, and they’re working like a charm too. My feet adjusted quickly to the arch support and feel super comfy. I wear medium thick socks with both my walking and running shoes. I plan to keep using these insoles for all my future footwear. I really need them! Also, I gotta give a shoutout to Nuova Health for their quick responses to my emails and for getting my insoles to me in just a few days after I ordered online. Big thanks!

I bought some insoles thinking the site promised: 'if the product doesn't meet your expectations, just return it within 30 days for a full refund.' But here's the kicker: you can't actually use the insoles to see if they work for you without voiding the return. Since I had to trim the edges to fit them in my shoes (they're super wide but the right length), I can't send them back. There was no other way to give them a proper test. They ended up being really uncomfortable, even after I shaped them. Plus, when you cut them, the mesh leaves sharp bits that could ruin your socks or stockings. And just a heads up, even if you don’t try them, returning them means you lose the shipping costs both ways, which makes it hardly worth it. I'm pretty bummed about this and won’t be ordering again. Customer service was also slow and felt pretty impersonal - overall, not a great experience.

In my eagerness to receive it before the holiday rush, I accidentally entered the wrong postcode on my order, which sent the package to the incorrect location. I got myself some compression gloves to ease the pain in my hands. When they showed up, they were way too big, even though I picked the smallest size. I reached out to the company to sort out a return, and they suggested another pair that also had the measurements for the hands. Those came in and fit just right; I was really happy with both the product and the service I got.

Awesome deal and details before purchase and excellent quality item. I crushed and fractured a bone in between my thumb base, which holds my hand together nicely, helping me to heal before surgery. I'm really happy with it.
